Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 19 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, that Ordinary and Special Council meetings are scheduled as follows for 2009:

Please take note that above meetings will be held in the
Council’s Chamber, Civic Centre, Middelburg and it is
scheduled that the meeting will commence at 17:15.
